CSL CORE

Here are the major updates from the team:

• Further work on Monad stack proposal:
• Finishing work on block processing technical documentation, initial version
• Prepared Exception handling refactoring proposal
• Update system document: finishing internal review
• Finalized spec/proposal on checked/unchecked deserialization approach
• Prepared installers for master deployed on dev cluster

DAEDALUS

Last week the team was still off for winter holidays. Regular development should commence shortly. However, any key issues are being addressed and followed up on.

MIDDLEWARE

Here are the latest updates from the team:

• Members of the team were collaborating on rewriting the Wallet data layer.
• Key team members were preparing for refactoring, which is to be started as soon as master is fully migrated.

EXPLORER

Explorer has been officially paused for now.

NETWORKING

The team are waiting for new requirements to be approved.

DEVOPS

Here are the latest updates from the team:

• A key member has almost completed Route 53 provisioning for NixOps.
• FPComplete has pull request ready pertaining to: RocksDB
• The stack2nix PR is ready for reviews (just need to fix CI timeouts).
• New CI is integrated, former CI will be disabled on on Tuesday, January 9th.

Tech Support

Tech Support is back up and running since last Tuesday. A detailed report will follow next week.
